Find some baggy pants. Any baggy pants will do, but carpenter pants(I'm sure you've seen carpenter pants before. They've got the loops on the side so that carpenters can hold hammers there and stuff. You get the picture.) work the best. Now to test how baggy your pants are, look down at your feet. Can you see shoes? If you can, they're not baggy enough.
For an added bonus, wear your keys outside your pants.
